A. Lange & Söhne in Glashütte seeks an Academy Intern to support training programmes, event logistics and learning materials.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Academy team in planning and executing internal training programs, workshops and technical demonstrations.
  • Coordinate logistics for seminars and continuing-education events (venues, schedules, materials, participant registration).
  • Prepare and update training materials, presentations and participant packs to the brand's visual and editorial standards.
  • Maintain learner records, attendance lists and basic reporting; assist with data entry and post-session evaluations.
  • Liaise with trainers, department contacts and external providers to ensure smooth delivery of learning activities.
  • Contribute to the development of curricula and digital learning assets under the supervision of senior trainers.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the Academy’s daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation competence.
  • High degree of discretion, reliability and attention to detail appropriate for a luxury, high-precision environment.
  • Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a specialist manufacturing and training context.

Experience
