1. Develop and execute demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
3. Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
4. Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
5. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in demand planning or a related field.

3. Proficiency in demand planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or a related role within the luxury goods or fashion industry is required.
