1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and implement business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure a high standard of client service on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
7. Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Ensure client satisfaction and implement clienteling initiatives.
10. Promote a culture of private appointments.
11. Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment.
12. Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
13. Attract and recruit top talent through networking.
14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
15. Ensure visual displays attract clients and maximize sales.
16. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
17. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
18. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
19. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
