1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
4. Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring required service levels are met.
5. Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and in IT systems.
7. Participate in the management of uniform and gift flows.
8. Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system negatives promptly.
11. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
14. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
15. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization.
16. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
17. Maintain provider relationships and update archives monthly.
18. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant managers and headquarters.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
4. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in English.

Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand is required.
