1. Prioritize the customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and meeting customer needs with exceptional service.

5. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.

7. Stay informed about luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments both in-person and virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team and maintain an organized stock room.
13. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster a positive working environment through teamwork and open communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

1. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
