1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client above all and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Brand philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure the best service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
4. Provide excellence in customer service in accordance with the 'client journey ceremony.'
5. Exceed individual sales targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
6. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
7. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
8. Capture customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering a personalized approach.
9. Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
10. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to discuss and advise customers.
11. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
12. Operate with care and respect for the products.
13. Utilize company digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
14. Host and conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
15. Work in synergy with the Back of House, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
16. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
17. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues, contributing to a positive working environment and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
