1. Ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience by placing the client at the forefront and addressing their needs and expectations.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to the store's overall success.
3. Exceed KPI goals by delivering high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada's products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
6. Promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and customer service.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide informed advice.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain store operations and organized stock rooms.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.
14. Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Previous experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
