1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals while maintaining the highest quality of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada's products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize company digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations and stock room.
14. Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and maintaining open communication with colleagues.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
2. Understanding of luxury customer service
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships

1. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
