1. Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Manager to establish annual sales targets for each point of sale.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass national sales targets.
3. Monitor performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Create and execute comprehensive business sales and training strategies, including location-specific plans.
5. Strengthen brand relationships with UK retailer managers.
6. Lead and inspire store managers and retail teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.
7. Adapt leadership and coaching styles to suit varying team experience levels.
8. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture aligned with brand values.
9. Build a robust internal talent pipeline through succession planning and development.
10. Deliver and oversee training programs, including brand inductions, product launches, and advanced selling techniques.
11. Conduct training across various formats, from individual sessions to large group workshops.
12. Ensure consistent standards of excellence across all stores in partnership with retail management.
13. Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
14. Ensure delivery of exceptional luxury client experiences across all retail locations.
15. Support and oversee exclusive brand events and activations.
16. Champion initiatives that drive client development and enhance brand positioning.

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Area or Regional Manager within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record in successfully opening boutiques or leading market entry initiatives.
3. Strong experience in remote team management.
4. In-depth understanding of the niche perfume and luxury retail market.
5. Additional language skills preferred (French, Italian, Spanish).
