Loewe Field Manager

1. Motivate and manage Beauty Consultants (BCs) to foster team spirit and results orientation.
2. Provide regular feedback and conduct annual evaluations for BCs.
3. Oversee BC selection and temporary hiring processes.
4. Track vacations, overtime, sick leave, absences, and team schedules.
5. Develop checklists to identify training needs, performance gaps, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
6. Prepare and deliver brand, product, and customer experience training, managing logistics and coordinating with the Training Manager.
7. Encourage participation in digital training initiatives.
8. Manage customer relationships and sales targets, tracking performance metrics.
9. Update visual merchandising and ensure optimal brand placement.
10. Implement and supervise trade campaigns, organizing routes and visit reports.

1. Professional education.
2. Availability to travel at least 80% of the time.
3. Experience in the luxury or beauty market.
4. Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.
