1. Achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Engage with customers, initiating contact and welcoming them both at the counter and through traffic-stopping techniques.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations and recommendations.
4. Promote additional products within the fragrance category to enhance sales.
5. Develop and maintain personal and durable relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
6. Meet monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers on Loewe products and the brand's heritage.
8. Participate in maintaining counter merchandising according to corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager to ensure adequate inventory.
10. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
