1. Achieve sales targets while promoting the LOEWE brand image.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards throughout the sales process.
3. Initiate customer engagement and welcome them at the counter.
4. Identify and understand customer needs to offer personalized product recommendations.
5. Promote and demonstrate LOEWE fragrances and additional products.
6. Foster long-term customer relationships through loyalty programs and sampling.
7. Participate in maintaining counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
8. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
9. Perform operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.

4. Excellent customer service skills.
