1. Set targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.

3. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
4. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and stories.
6. Initiate contact with customers and engage them effectively.
7. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
8. Oversee stock management in collaboration with the Area Manager.
9. Grow business through events and collaborations.
10. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
11. Participate in merchandise management according to corporate guidelines.
12. Adhere to company and store procedures and policies.
13. Build relationships with store management.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by management.
