1. Set and monitor sales targets for team members in alignment with company objectives.

8. Oversee stock management in collaboration with the Area Manager.
9. Drive business growth through events and strategic collaborations.
10. Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks to high standards.
11. Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
12. Build strong relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
