Patek Philippe Production Line Manager

1. Oversee the activities of the Fonds production line, ensuring the achievement of Quality, Agility, and Efficiency (QAE) objectives in alignment with Patek Philippe standards.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately twenty employees, fostering individual and collective performance through training, learning, and versatility.
3. Facilitate problem-solving initiatives, engaging teams in a results-oriented continuous improvement approach to meet line performance goals.
4. Manage production flow using the CONWIP methodology to control work-in-progress, secure timelines, and ensure adherence to the production plan.
5. Drive continuous improvement actions and the 5S methodology in collaboration with support services such as Quality, Methods, Logistics, and HR.

1. Technical ES degree and/or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent education.
2. Previous managerial experience in industrial production.

1. Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools (5S, Kanban, Conwip, problem-solving methods).
2. Excellent understanding of the overall functioning of an industrial enterprise, both operationally and organizationally.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of listening.
5. Ability to build cross-functional relationships within activities.
6. Proactive, decisive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Previous managerial experience in industrial production is required.
