- Provide legal advice and assistance to all divisions of the Manufacture and production sites on various topics, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
- Assist with data protection management, including maintaining processing records and conducting legal research.
- Coordinate and manage litigation cases in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage interactions with international subsidiaries on diverse legal matters.
- Draft legal correspondence and internal legal notes.
- Prepare presentations and internal reports for operational departments.
- Conduct general legal monitoring related to relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
- Oversee the complete administrative management and follow-up of ongoing cases and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
- Swiss attorney's license or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including initial experience in a law firm and subsequent in-house experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Proven experience in commercial law and data protection law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to synthesize and simplify complex legal information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and reliability.
- Positive, collaborative, and flexible attitude.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility, with a preference for working in a small team.
