Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform stitching operations on leather and alternative material uppers.
  • Operate flatbed, column, and other specialized sewing machines.
  • Apply accessories such as linings, reinforcements, zippers, and inserts according to technical specifications.
  • Inspect the quality of completed work, reporting any defects.
  • Adhere to quality, safety, and production time standards.
  • Collaborate with the department team to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a stitching specialist in the footwear industry.
  • Preferably holds a professional qualification or diploma in footwear manufacturing.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and precision.
  • Knowledge of key stitching processes.
  • Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
