OTB Group Financial Controller

1. Act as a business partner for monitoring production costs, focusing on the definition of standard product costs and pricing.
2. Participate in new company projects aimed at improving warehouse management, standard cost definition, and R&D cost management.
3. Support management control activities related to product research and development processes, industrial costs, subcontracting, and production efficiency.
4. Prepare budgets, revisions, and periodic closures with a focus on variance analysis and profitability, collaborating with various company departments.
5. Monitor inventory levels and prepare efficiency measurement reports, supervising corrective actions to maintain expected parameters.
6. Liaise with other group companies for intercompany transaction control.
7. Analyze and monitor production performance indicators.
8. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent relational skills and ability to interact with various roles and departments within the company.
2. Proficient in Excel.
3. Good command of the English language.
4. Knowledge of production issues and processes in make-to-order companies is a plus.
5. Familiarity with SAP and Stealth systems is advantageous.

A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial control or a similar role within the fashion or manufacturing industry.

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
