  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury watch market and Omega's brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

Sales acumen and customer service expertise. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and CRM software.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a related field is required.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
