Montblanc Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs through daily coaching, motivating the sales team and monitoring individual targets.
- Deliver exemplary client experiences via proactive clienteling, personalised service, after-sales follow-up and cultivation of long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation, scheduling, stock receipting and inventory accuracy.
- Implement visual merchandising and product presentation standards to reflect the brand aesthetic and optimise conversion.
- Train and develop boutique staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, loss prevention and compliance with brand policies and local regulations.
- Manage store-level reporting, assist with payroll and labour planning, and escalate supply or operational issues to district management.
- Contribute to local marketing initiatives, client events and CRM activation to grow the store’s client database and traffic.
- Proven retail supervisory experience within luxury fashion, watches, leather goods or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and coaching teams to high performance.
- Strong knowledge of luxury product categories and clienteling techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capacity to represent a premium brand with professionalism and discretion.

Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management position responsible for team performance and store operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
