1. Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
3. Encourage cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
4. Ensure the highest standard of client service on the sales floor.
5. Promote Omni Channel awareness and digital tool usage among the team.
6. Enhance e-commerce channel development with timely order responses.
7. Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
8. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in line with company guidelines.
9. Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and ensure client satisfaction.
10. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and after-sales experiences.
11. Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
12. Motivate and cultivate a positive team spirit through effective communication.
13. Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
14. Identify and propose talents for internal development opportunities.
15. Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and adherence to company policies.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
