1. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and product advice to drive sales of apparel, accessories and related categories.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while implementing established sales strategies.
3. Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive outreach and clienteling.
4. Support the implementation of visual merchandising directives to ensure the store reflects brand standards.
5. Assist with cashiering and point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
6. Adhere to all company policies, retail procedures and opening/closing routines.

1. Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification.
2. Minimum of two years' retail experience.
3. Fluent German and good command of English.
4. Professional, well-groomed appearance and strong interpersonal presentation.
5. Energetic, self-motivated personality with a passion for the brand and luxury product knowledge.
6. Proactive, with a good sense of urgency and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
