Michael Kors Stockroom Associate

1. Organise, maintain and optimise stockroom layout and inventory levels to ensure product availability and efficient flow.
2. Receive, check and process incoming shipments; prepare and execute goods dispatch.
3. Support all warehouse functions including stock replenishment, merchandise handling and store transfers.
4. Perform and assist with cycle counts and full inventory, ensuring accuracy of stock records.
5. Execute register and record‑keeping functions accurately and in line with store procedures.
6. Adhere to and implement store and warehouse operational standards, health & safety and loss‑prevention procedures.

1. Completed vocational training in retail (or equivalent qualification).
2. Previous retail experience with a focus on stockroom/warehouse operations.
3. Proactive, organised approach with a clear sense of urgency and priorities.
4. Solid knowledge of warehouse management tasks and inventory control processes.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (due to an English-language warehouse system).
