Michael Kors Stock Associate

1. Manage all back-of-house operations including receipt, processing and accurate recording of deliveries and transfers in accordance with brand guidelines.
2. Maintain integrity of Inventory Control through cycle counts and bi-annual inventories; identify discrepancies and escalate to the line manager.
3. Drive loss-prevention measures, act on early indicators of shrinkage and partner with management to mitigate risk.
4. Support the store team by maintaining floor and stock presence, assisting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring product availability to maximise sales.
5. Collaborate with the visual merchandising lead to implement and sustain VM directives and ensure in-store presentation standards.
6. Monitor sales and inventory reports, develop action plans with the line manager and communicate business opportunities to drive performance.
7. Uphold brand image and grooming standards and practice company behaviours using the behaviour tool kit.

Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrated experience with inventory procedures and loss-prevention practices.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
