Michael Kors Stock Associate

- Manage all back-of-house operations including receipt, processing and accurate recording of deliveries and transfers in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Maintain integrity of Inventory Control through cycle counts and bi-annual inventories; identify discrepancies and escalate to the line manager.
- Drive loss-prevention measures, act on early indicators of shrinkage and partner with management to mitigate risk.
- Support the store team by maintaining floor and stock presence, assisting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring product availability to maximise sales.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising lead to implement and sustain VM directives and ensure in-store presentation standards.
- Monitor sales and inventory reports, develop action plans with the line manager and communicate business opportunities to drive performance.
- Uphold brand image and grooming standards and practice company behaviours using the behaviour tool kit.
- Proven ability to manage back-of-house retail operations and inventory procedures.
- Solution-driven attitude with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional store teams.
- Attention to detail and numeracy for accurate stock management and reporting.
- Physical capability to handle stock movement and sustained periods on foot; flexible to support retail hours.

Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrated experience with inventory procedures and loss-prevention practices.
