Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Jet Set team within the La Rinascente shop-in-shop, providing daily coaching, support and performance feedback to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure brand image and grooming standards are consistently upheld and role-model company behaviours using the behaviour tool kit.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business; proactively manage and grow the client database.
- Collaborate closely with shop-in-shop and host store management on sales strategies, product training and partner education to align selling standards.
- Maintain floor presence and ownership of merchandising, VM standards, stockroom organisation and timely processing of deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment with enthusiasm and resilience.

Experience
Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities, ideally within a shop-in-shop or department-store environment. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and coaching sales teams.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or a diploma in retail management, fashion or business is advantageous.
