Michael Kors in Paris seeks a Shop Stock Associate (Accessories) to manage stock, merchandising and customer support in a luxury retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming deliveries, inspect and process merchandise for the accessories category and maintain an accurate, organized stockroom
- Replenish the sales floor promptly to ensure optimal product availability and visual presentation in line with brand directives
- Support visual merchandising efforts and implement on-floor standards to sustain a refined, cohesive client environment
- Collaborate with sales advisors to optimise the client experience and help achieve boutique sales objectives
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock rotations and adherence to loss-prevention procedures
- Perform general housekeeping of the stockroom and ensure compliance with operational and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in stock handling or as a sales associate within luxury fashion or accessories
- Keen attention to detail, strong organisational discipline and high standards for stock accuracy
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and to meet operational and visual standards
- Physically able to perform stock tasks (lifting, prolonged standing, moving merchandise)
Skills
Experience
Proven experience as a stock or retail associate in a luxury or premium retail environment, demonstrating competence in stockroom operations, merchandising support and collaboration with sales teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, logistics or visual merchandising is a plus.
