1. Deliver attentive, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate repeat clientele during the seasonal trading period.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling activities.
3. Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle cash and payments in accordance with store procedures.
4. Support visual merchandising and upkeep of the boutique to brand standards, including window displays, replenishment and stock presentation.
5. Participate in stock management tasks: receiving deliveries, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods to meet business needs.

1. Proven customer-facing experience in retail; prior luxury or premium-brand sales experience preferred.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
3. Availability for flexible, seasonal schedules including weekends and public holidays.
4. Legal right to work in Spain.

Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury, premium or high-volume environments. Experience in fast-paced, seasonal trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
