1. Supervise and coach the store sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while safeguarding an exceptional customer experience.
2. Support senior management by implementing strategic, multi-faceted sales initiatives and driving operational execution.
3. Perform and oversee key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to maintain store readiness and security.
4. Develop and deepen customer relationships through clienteling, trend knowledge, styling guidance and personalized service.
5. Lead by example to uphold high customer service standards, delegate responsibilities, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, with supervisory or leadership exposure preferred.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and meet targets; self-starter mentality.
3. Enthusiastic brand ambassador with strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
4. Customer-service obsessed with demonstrated selling ability and passion for styling and fashion.
5. Technologically comfortable and entrepreneurial in approach, able to adopt retail systems and clienteling tools.

At least two years of retail experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with prior supervisory responsibilities or demonstrated leadership in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
