Michael Kors Sales Associate (Seasonal, Part-time)

1. Act as a brand ambassador during the winter season, delivering an elevated, client-focused shopping experience.
2. Provide personalised product advice and styling recommendations to drive conversion and average transaction value.
3. Engage proactively with customers on the sales floor and maintain a polished, professional presentation.
4. Support visual merchandising and ensure retail standards, displays and stock levels reflect brand guidelines.
5. Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and assist with basic stock management tasks.
6. Collaborate with store colleagues to meet team sales targets and contribute to a positive, service-driven team culture.

1. Minimum two years' experience in retail sales, ideally in fashion or luxury goods.
2. Dynamic, motivating personality with a demonstrable passion for the brand and products.
3. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative.
4. Professional, well-groomed appearance and a courteous, service-oriented manner.
5. Native/near-native German and good command of English.

At least two years of retail sales experience; previous experience in luxury, fashion or premium brands is preferred.
