1. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through elevated levels of service and product knowledge.
2. Deliver personalised clienteling: build and maintain repeat clientele and utilise the client book to drive sales.
3. Manage the post-sale experience, coordinating shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Provide the highest standard of customer service and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain sales floor presentation: ensure merchandise is stocked, organized and styled in accordance with brand visual standards.
6. Support stockroom operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and participation in inventories.

Preferably 1+ year of retail experience, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
