1. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and professional product advice to drive sales of the brand’s collections.
2. Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets while executing company sales strategies and promotions.
3. Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship management.
4. Support implementation of Visual Merchandising standards to ensure an elevated and brand‑consistent in-store presentation.
5. Perform cashier duties and accurate point-of-sale transactions in accordance with store procedures.
6. Adhere to corporate policies, store processes and loss-prevention guidelines to maintain operational standards.

1. Completed vocational training in retail sales or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of two years’ experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium brand environments.
3. Dynamic, service-oriented personality able to convey passion for the brand and inspire customers and colleagues.
4. Proactive mindset with strong sense of urgency, responsibility and teamwork.
5. Polished, professional appearance and a customer-first approach.
6. Fluency in German and good command of English.
