1. Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

1. 1–3 years of relevant retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal communication and client-facing aptitude.
3. Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
4. Professional presentation and an enthusiasm for fashion and brand storytelling.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
