1. Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised customer engagement and styling advice to drive sales.
2. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and effective use of in-store tools and technologies.
3. Support daily store operations including merchandising, visual standards, stock management and cash handling.
4. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
5. Stay current on product assortments, trends and styling techniques to inspire and advise customers.
6. Demonstrate flexibility in tasks and schedules, and commit to continuous personal and professional development.

1. Initial sales experience in premium or upscale retail.
2. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and strong verbal communication.
3. Resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
4. Proven ability to multitask and prioritise competing duties effectively.
5. Very good command of German and English (spoken and written).
