1. Deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve individual sales targets through personalised client approach and product knowledge
2. Execute all in-store selling activities to high standards, including styling advice and trend communication to clients
3. Act as a keyholder: perform opening/closing procedures, support store security and cash handling, and ensure operational compliance
4. Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance
5. Use available sales tools and retail technologies to drive conversion, clienteling and aftercare service
6. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards, contributing to a compelling retail environment

1. Proven retail sales experience in luxury or premium fashion environments
2. Excellent organisational skills, strong verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail
3. Resilient under pressure with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
4. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
5. Previous experience in a keyholder role is strongly preferred
