1. Receive, unpack and verify deliveries; label, tag and store merchandise in the stockroom according to store procedures.
2. Replenish sales floor stock and execute visual merchandising directives to maintain presentation standards.
3. Support sales advisors by preparing product for client appointments, managing fitting rooms and ensuring timely product availability.
4. Maintain stockroom organisation, conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory control and loss-prevention measures.
5. Contribute to a high-quality customer experience by supporting store operations, responding promptly to team requests and upholding brand standards.
