Michael Kors Lead DC Planning & Reporting

1. Lead daily DC planning and reporting to ensure operational priorities and shipment completion are met.
2. Forecast and coordinate capacity planning — aligning labour, space and workflow to demand to support on‑time order fulfilment.
3. Serve as primary point of contact for urgent adjustments to the daily plan and align corrective actions with Operations, Logistics, Allocation and Customer Service.
4. Engage cross‑functionally with all DC departments and associates to resolve problems and ensure service outcomes meet or exceed targets.
5. Detect, investigate and resolve issues arising during wave execution; act as central problem‑solving escalation point.
6. Monitor and manage daily pack‑outs, location availability on active picking areas (including aging) and location shortages for outbound orders.
7. Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in related systems and reporting tools.

1. HBO working‑and‑thinking level (Dutch higher professional education) or equivalent bachelor’s degree
2. Proven hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems; Manhattan WMS experience strongly preferred
3. Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
4. Fluent English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
5. Clear communicator with the ability to present information and follow/issue instructions in written, oral or diagrammatic form

Proven experience in distribution centre planning, logistics or warehouse operations with responsibility for daily planning and reporting; demonstrable, practical experience using a WMS (Manhattan preferred) and translating system outputs into operational plans.

HBO working‑and‑thinking level (Dutch higher professional education) or equivalent bachelor's degree preferred.
