Michael Kors Junior Account Executive, Women's Footwear (6-month Maternity Cover)

- Support the Senior Account Executive in managing wholesale relationships and sales for women's footwear across Department Stores, Specialty Stores and online partners in France and DACH.
- Analyse weekly sales data and sales-out performance to inform re-orders, swaps and commercial decisions.
- Own designated accounts: generate and distribute weekly ATS stock and sales reports, monitor re-order requests, and ensure orders are placed and tracked to deadline.
- Coordinate communications between internal teams (planning, merchandising, retail, customer service, finance) and external partners to resolve issues and relay market feedback.
- Support seasonal and quarterly activities: prospect new French specialty accounts, collate line & range sell-out trackers, prepare seasonal datasheets, cheat sheets, marketing assets and POS follow-ups.
- Assist with market activity: prepare OTB inputs, support partner market appointments, present product strategies, collate appointment feedback and update distribution mapping and door counts.
- Manage sample intake, showroom setup and image portal enquiries; create Product Knowledge Packs and facilitate training for key accounts.
- Fluent in French and English; German advantageous.
- Experience in wholesale within a premium or luxury fashion environment, ideally with exposure to footwear.
- Strong commercial understanding of wholesale processes and retail performance metrics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with ATS-driven stock reporting.
- Excellent organisation, meticulous attention to detail and capability to manage competing seasonal and day-to-day priorities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present collections and build stakeholder relationships internally and with external partners.

Junior-level wholesale experience in a fashion retail environment, typically 1–3 years supporting account management or sales for premium/luxury brands; exposure to women’s footwear or accessories and participation in market appointments and order management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Fashion, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
