1. Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and accurately.
2. Process sales transactions efficiently using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems while adhering to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
3. Drive email capture and meet sales targets through proactive client engagement and conversion techniques.
4. Support omnichannel sales by utilising available digital tools and platforms to fulfil client requests and close sales.
5. Assist the sales team in identifying client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of client care.
6. Perform store operational tasks with speed and excellence, including merchandising, housekeeping and organisation of the sales floor.

1. Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or cashier experience, preferably in a high-volume or luxury environment.
2. Consistent and adaptable communicator able to engage diverse audiences.
3. Energetic, motivated and customer-service focused with a genuine interest in fashion.
4. Technologically literate and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
5. Availability for a flexible, part-time schedule.
