1. Lead daily store operations, including execution of opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.

4. Build and maintain a client book to increase customer retention and recurring traffic.

1. Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
2. Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, with demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
3. Strong clienteling proficiency and a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
4. Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and brand representation.
5. Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail tools and CRM platforms.
