Maison Margiela seeks a Team Leader in Paris (Grenelle) to lead boutique sales, clienteling and stock performance under the Store Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of commercial objectives through efficient organisation and performance management of the boutique team.
  • Deliver a personalised, high-touch client experience to meet individual and collective sales targets; lead clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow client base and retention.
  • Support the Store Manager in coaching, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to develop team capability and service consistency.
  • Analyse sales and stock metrics to optimise product rotation, supervise replenishment and contribute to inventory management decisions.
  • Maintain boutique standards and team presentation to reinforce brand image and visual merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
  • At least one year of proven experience managing or leading a boutique sales team.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and working to KPI-driven objectives.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken).

Experience
