1. Structure and organize the Supply Chain Merchandising department.
2. Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Implement and oversee continuous improvement projects for processes and tools.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising, Procurement Coordination, Article Base, Finance, Packaging Development, and Marketing.
5. Define and consolidate the monthly production and supply plan based on validated market forecasts.
6. Collect and update production quantities and validate supplier production capacities.
7. Define safety stock policy and ensure proper ERP configuration.
8. Implement the production plan, manage supplier production, and participate in the industrialization of new references.
9. Manage quality disputes and ensure compliance.
10. Handle stock shortages, define product allocation rules, and implement quotas.
11. Conduct Business Reviews, share performance indicators, and negotiate contracts.
12. Manage procurement expenses, revise standard prices annually, and monitor stock valuation and depreciation.
13. Collaborate on cross-divisional projects within LVMH and share best practices within the Merchandising community.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +5) from an engineering, business school, or university with a specialization in Supply Chain or Project Management.
2. Confirmed experience (minimum 7 to 10 years) in Supply Chain, ideally within the luxury, retail, or merchandising sectors.

1. Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynasys).
2. Strong understanding of production, supply, and distribution challenges.
3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding international environment.
5. Leadership, rigor, service orientation, and a strong inclination for continuous improvement.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Advanced degree (Bac +5) in Supply Chain or Project Management.
