6. Ensure polishing processes maintain material integrity and comply with safety protocols.
7. Provide accurate technical estimates and diagnostics.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workshop, securing and storing merchandise appropriately.
9. Ensure workshop compliance with health and safety requirements.
10. Deliver consistent service quality under Bulgari standards.

1. 5+ years of experience in repairing and polishing high-end watches.
2. Ability to analyze and resolve full-service repair issues.
