1. Coordinate and organize training sessions, liaising with various stakeholders.
2. Confirm training sessions with providers, managing logistics such as schedules and session details.
3. Oversee registration processes, ensuring invitations are sent to participants in collaboration with external partners.
4. Prepare materials and ensure proper setup of training venues.
5. Welcome providers and participants, ensuring smooth execution of events such as integration seminars.
6. Assist in coordinating internal expert interventions during seminars and events.
7. Contribute to the organization of post-training events.
8. Maintain digital training records, collecting necessary documentation from providers.
9. Distribute and analyze post-session evaluations.
10. Manage logistical cost recharges to brands.
11. Assist in the preparation and analysis of training reports, including the World Wide Training Report.

1. Bachelor's degree level (Bac+3/+4)
