LVMH Senior Accountant

1. Lead the month-end process, including resource planning, ledger closing, and balance sheet reviews.
2. Provide detailed P&L analysis and variance investigations to management and headquarters.
3. Act as the Finance Systems Key User for SAP, Concur, and CEGID.
4. Drive the end-to-end budget and forecasting cycle, ensuring accurate reporting to HQ/APAC.
5. Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for Marketing, HR, and CAPEX, providing spend analysis and P&L simulations.
6. Support Brand Managers with P&L performance insights and project accounting.
7. Manage the annual financial audit and preparation of statutory financial statements.
8. Oversee tax compliance, including Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, FBT, Payroll Tax, and BAS.
9. Maintain General Ledger accuracy and oversee complex reconciliations.
10. Champion internal control frameworks and update local finance policies.
11. Identify and implement process improvements and formalize documentation.
12. Supervise and mentor junior staff, overseeing task delegation and quality control.
13. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as directed by the Finance Manager.

1. Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and complex accounting matters.
2. Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
3. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and supporting business decision-making.
4. Sound understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, tax obligations, and audit support.

1. Advanced proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel, with the ability to manage and reconcile large datasets.
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and financial analysis.
