LVMH Project Manager

Nona Source, a pioneering startup launched in April 2021, is dedicated to supporting emerging designers by providing access to high-end materials from LVMH's Fashion and Leather Goods Maisons. As part of the LVMH Group, Nona Source aligns with the conglomerate's environmental strategy by reimagining sourcing and promoting circular economy and creativity.

1. Operationally manage the Re-use projects, coordinating schedules and liaising between internal departments such as supply, digital, and product.
2. Document and consolidate processes across all solutions and tools utilized by the company, leveraging the website redesign to provide a comprehensive vision of their evolution.
3. Support the Project Manager in deploying improvements to the external warehouse operations to bolster company growth through process and tool audits and enhancements.
4. Propose application or technological improvements to facilitate daily operations for both external and internal users.
5. Contribute to discussions on the deployment of new tools and activities, including ERP, PIM/DAM, and data science initiatives.
6. Serve as the reference point for analytical tools used by various departments and ensure their proper functioning.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience or a significant internship in IT, Supply, or Project departments.

3. Ability to prioritize tasks and provide exceptional service.
4. Curiosity and a comprehensive understanding of the product value chain, integrating both digital and supply components.

Minimum of 3 years of experience or a significant internship in IT, Supply, or Project departments.

Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
