LVMH Warehouse Coordinator

1. Manage labelling, kitting, and assembling operations, prioritizing DBS in collaboration with the planning team to meet availability targets.
2. Engage subcontractors for service or cost efficiency as necessary.
3. Monitor productivity with the DBS supervisor on manual and semi-automatic labelling processes to develop improvement plans.
4. Oversee local label procurement.
5. Verify DBS reports and invoices.
6. Supervise inbound processes, including reception and storage of urgent items.
7. Coordinate customization and manufacturing operations, such as filling.
8. Optimize outbound processes, including stock replenishment, picking, packing, and shipments.
9. Coordinate monthly scrap processes with Planning and WHS.
10. Ensure safety and security in the warehouse in compliance with LVMH standards and the Warehouse Core Model.
11. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance productivity, capacity, and flexibility in warehouse operations.
12. Foster reliable relationships with logistics partners.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations within supply chain or manufacturing.
2. Experience interacting with a 3PL is highly advantageous.
3. Native or fluent Japanese speaker; English proficiency preferred.

1. Proficiency in Excel at a basic to advanced level.
2. Knowledge or experience with WMS, ERP, and Microsoft AX systems is beneficial.
3. Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to report facts and raise alerts when necessary.
5. Ability to manage urgency and adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

A minimum of 3 years in operations, particularly within supply chain or manufacturing.
