1. Manage partnerships with educational institutions to enhance LVMH's brand presence.
2. Assist the Talent Acquisition Business Partner with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interviews.
3. Post job openings on various platforms such as Talentlink and LinkedIn.
4. Coordinate interviews and assessment centers for intern positions.
5. Develop and execute online candidate search campaigns.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback.
7. Deliver timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
8. Research and coordinate external training courses and internal LVMH training programs.
9. Organize DEI committee meetings and propose CSR partnerships.
10. Coordinate internal events and manage logistics and communications.
11. Prepare offer letters and contracts for intern hires.
12. Review job descriptions and write engaging job adverts.
13. Maintain accurate records and process invoices with Accounts.
