1. Assist in recruitment processes, including internship management, job description creation, and vacancy publication.
2. Monitor selection processes for all interns within the organization using designated platforms.
3. Implement and manage internship agreements.
4. Facilitate the onboarding process for new trainees.
5. Support the Talent team in employer branding initiatives, including liaising with universities and participating in career forums, job boards, and events.
6. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
7. Serve as a point of reference for trainees within the organization.
8. Conduct exit interviews for departing trainees.
9. Collaborate in organizing training sessions, events, and participating in forums and meetings at universities and business schools.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level); proficiency in French is beneficial.
3. Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel.
4. Previous experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is valued.
5. Availability to start in January 2026 for a 12-month internship.
6. Ability to sign a university agreement for a minimum of 6 months.
