1. Oversee daily store operations and sales targets, enhancing product promotion and motivating sales staff.
2. Coordinate retail projects such as pop-up stores, openings, closures, renovations, and relocations in collaboration with relevant departments.
3. Implement and improve VM guidelines transparently to promote retail excellence.
4. Establish effective mechanisms to maintain low turnover rates and reduce overtime.
5. Recruit and select beauty advisors, fostering a positive team environment.
6. Provide coaching to ensure store teams meet job requirements.
7. Deliver regular feedback and conduct annual evaluations for beauty advisors.
8. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures effectively.
9. Standardize arrangements for inventory management, uniforms, packaging, supplies, and stationery.
10. Support sales staff in promptly addressing customer or partner complaints.
11. Execute management-devised action plans to promote product sales, achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
12. Manage store productivity, average basket size, and average order value.
13. Oversee inventory discrepancy management.
14. Collect and analyze daily operational reports to understand business trends and support management accordingly.

1. Graduation from a vocational school or higher education institution.
2. 3-5 years of relevant retail experience in the international retail sector.
3. Strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis skills.
4. Excellent leadership with presentation skills.
5. Preferred experience in perfumes, beauty, fashion, or FMCG.
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
