LVMH Purchasing Business Process Manager

1. Design upgraded and common Purchasing processes with business experts across the Beauty Division.
2. Ensure consistency across program streams and compliance with the standard solution.
3. Organize design workshops and ensure full coverage and contribution from business experts.
4. Coordinate the development phase with Integrator partners and the Beauty Tech team.
5. Prepare and execute acceptance tests, identifying anomalies and ensuring their resolution.
6. Manage data migration processes, establishing acceptance criteria and coordinating user validation.
7. Contribute to change management activities, including training and communication efforts.
8. Drive continuous improvement of Purchasing processes, tracking efficiency and user proficiency.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Fluency in both French and English.

1. Knowledge of ERP processes linked to Purchasing.
2. Ability to communicate efficiently at all organizational levels.
3. Leadership and capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams.
4. Autonomy and critical thinking.
5. Experience in program and change management.
6. Proficiency in internal tools and technologies, particularly SAP.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in ERP processes and program management.

The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work.
